The provision of your data is mandatory to enable the Data Controller to provide the requested services. If you refuse, it will not be possible to complete the registration process, and the System Controller will be unable to fulfill contractual obligations.
Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, the Data Processors appointed by the Controller, and authorized data processing personnel. Your personal data will not be disseminated.
Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained for a period of 10 years from the termination of the service delivery/product supply relationship, in the electronic archives owned by Mauro Dorigo.

**Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – Right of access to personal data and other rights**
